Heartbeat

I decided to stay in on such a cold, grey day, so thought I'd try a photo of light trails.  I picked the shape of a heart as I thought it would be quite easy.....well I seem to have ended up with the heart inside the shape as well.....and that was my tenth attempt!!!

I like the work of Tony Robbins, the life success coach, and was reminded by the photo that one of his key messages is you can change your state in a heartbeat, and make a life changing decision in a heartbeat too.  The photo could also represent love, and there are millions of quotes about love I could have chosen, but I do like this indirect one:
