Hot Chocolate and Cake

After snow yesterday morning the temperature was -2 as Carys and I set out early to travel to the other side of Hertfordshire. So it was lucky Mummy had the Zoo membership cards in her purse and we could stop off on the way back (still quite early) for hot chocolate and in her case, cake.

Pretty lazy day after that start. A little bit of homework was finished, lunch was had. We walked/scooted to collect or things at Pots of Art and home again. The Christmas cake finally got cooked, the ironing is done and the kids are part way to bed. My cold is still hanging around, it needs to go now, I am missing running having just got back to the point where it is enjoyable rather than a chore.
