Reflections on the river

After a cold night we woke up to beautiful sunshine and thankfully that icy wind from yesterday had dropped, although it only got to 6C today. I was busy doing things at home and then realised that the sunshine was about to disappear - I quickly got the Sunday lunch into the oven and then hurried down to the river where I still managed to capture some of the lovely blue sky. I liked the birds flying above the tree, it almost looks as if that tree is shaking its leaves off!

Luke's term at university only finishes on 18th December but he successfully applied for a one day work experience (that was been offered through the university) with a large accounting firm in London on Friday, and so will come home on Friday night and spend the weekend with us which will be great.
