What will be so important to be communicated on the phone at 00:15?
Just a few words: "Hi mate, you got the promotion!Well done!You worked hard and you deserved it. I've a plane to catch, see you"!
So, jump out of the bed and open a bottle of fine Italian wine :-)
It is not true that work always sucks. It is not true that all managers are there to delegate and try how confortable is their leather armchair.
