'Luxury in a Tangle'

The Christmas cake has been made! It's so stuffed with fruit and booze...smells wonderful. My son-in-law gave me a precious expensive bottle of Whiskey to help...there's plenty left to return to him.....but oh boy, what an indulgence! The cake is wrapped up now...awaiting the marzipan and icing in a few weeks time.

A four hour bake..so couldn't get out for Blips. I watched the movie 'Rebel Without A Cause'....starring James Dean, Natalie Wood and Sal Mineo...for some reason I've not seen it until now! James Dean was a fabulously charismatic actor!..
Then I watched 'Field of Dreams'.....in my top five of favourite films....have seen it about fifteen times!
