Mr careful from now on!

I was stupidly doing a very hard yoga pose when this happened. I don't know why I did it to be honest, from now on I'm going to be Mr careful.

We've got a photo shoot in a couple of days. I really hope it clears by that time. I've got a bandage thing round my eye at the moment. I really am going to be more careful. What was I thinking?!
