Lone Lily

                   We have  had the most horrendous day with the temperature reaching over 41 degrees Celsius before a southerly change swept in knocking 20 degrees off the top. It was the hottest November day for over thirty years.
                  While this heat endured (and somehow so did we), this lone Lily burst into this beautiful bloom astounding even me given the extreme conditions.
