although a day late, for bikerbear...

...and shadow dancer

it's a pink flower

for flowerfriday even though it - should've been yesterday

but yesterday i was moved by a photo of - my little miss mollie-boo on behalf of dear shadow dancer - who belonged to our beloved bikerbear (aka anni) - who lost his life, shadow dancer did - so when you want to pay homage to someone - it just seems that would take precedent over - the other, right? - so that's what i did yesterday by putting up a photo of mollie - when we lose a pet - it's like losing a part of ourselves - the loss is so very great - it cuts like a knife through the heart - leaving an empty hole where once - it was filled with joy and laughter at the - silly things our pets would do - my heart aches anytime someone loses - their beloved pet 'cuz again it's akin - to having to say goodbye to a family member

so today i offer up a simple flower for bikerbear - in what i consider to be a most universal color - pink - i hope she likes it - that it is soothing to her soul - and/or to anyone else's who so needs it - may it lead to...
