Gym day....

Nice lazy morning after 5 days in a row of up at 5:15 a.m. got a quick row in (that will be the substitute to the road cycling now that the weather has definitely turned). Hit the pool for laps but was a bit sad as hazelh had accompanied me the past 2 weekends. In fact last Saturday all 4 of us went to the gym, the men hit the weights and rowing machines and hazelh chose to run and then join me in the pool. I missed all the company today, it just wasn't the same! This shot is of the fluffy white towels all stacked up waiting their turn, looking like super soft steps or stairs. After the pool, steam room and shower I was very happy to oblige amd helped myself. Spent the rest of the afternoon at the hairdressers while following young son's UK hockey game. Quiet evening planned, have pulled out the knitting project I put away last March, time to finish it!
