A rusty heap

A rusty heap of corrugated sheets just about stays upright to give shelter to the sheep...

A wonderful snowy but cold ride today.

I found it tough. Not so much physically, more mentally. I really struggle to ride up the hills and it is quite disheartening to barely get up in your twidliest of gears, where you used to storm up in the big ring, doing hill reps...

I need to bear in mind that 2 years ago, I could not walk, so I have come a long way. Hard not to keep comparing myself to what I once was though...

Doesn't stop me from feeling 'derelict' myself though ;)
