Cotterton, on the Black Isle... or, slightly white Black Isle, this morning.
Mix of Autumn and Winter today. First "proper" frost, that froze all the puddles on the roads and tracks, and cleared the air. It also finally killed off the Nasturtiums in the garden. They've lasted even later than the previous record set last year. A smattering of snow about, with some falling at the time of taking this shot.
Was impressed by the solitary Beech tree and its foliage, in the background. It really stood out against the dark conifers. Think it would look good in square format, and as there's a barely used colour spool in the Bronica, I may head back tomorrow - especially if there's still any snow about.
