It's been a good year for the roses!

Mum coped with the unpleasantness of the potion and the procedure really well and the good news is that they have found nothing nasty.  A mild case of Diverticular Disease appears to be the cause of her symptoms, so whilst that's not great it's a lot better than we all feared.

I am cooking for the this evening and stopping over again to make sure she's ok.  She is starving having not eaten for nearly 24 hours, Salmon, Mash, broccoli, carrots and parsley sauce as that's what she fancied! 

I snapped this lovely rose yesterday so it's a cheat blip but today has been a little stressful in many ways so I didn't get round to taking a picture!!
