Kent Estuary View

We're up in the very south Lakes for a few days to celebrate a big birthday for me. So I wanted to go somewhere we'd never been to before. We're actually staying in Arnside, and exploring the local area.

Today was a relaxing start, with a wet drive up from Staffordshire, and an amble in and around Arnside before settling into our B & B. 

The views of the big hills in The Lakes can be seen from our room window.

As it was showery, every so often a rainbow would appear. You can just about see one in this shot.
