Street Permission

Some street photography purists say that posed photos or those taken with the permission / knowledge of the subjects do not qualify as street photography.  I am not in that camp.  Still, the only way I was going to get a photograph of this dude would be without his knowledge.  

He hangs around the bus station and may have had something to do with the bus station's attempt to have me banned for 30 days (although I have no evidence to support that hunch).  He does not like his photo taken which leads me to the issue of to what extent should one respect the wishes of people who don't like to be photographed.
