Waiting to open

Got up early ready for my induction at the gym at 9am!!!!! It was early. After being given a programme from the PT I did 10 mins on the bike and 10 mins on the treadmill the went swimming and did 10 lengths. Was exhausted !!!!! Came home had a snack then went shopping to Sainsburys to double up my nectar points. I bought £80 of stuff for £40 of points not bad, it felt like free gifts. I got quite a selection of things: clothes, toys and prosecco ! Christmas is sorted for Bella now. Came home, turned the heating up and read all afternoon, a lovely restful end to a busy week.
