June challenge day 29 - through a lens

Glasses - I hate them!

I've had to wear glasses for about 10 years now and I hate it. My eyesite continues to get worse year on year, so now I can't see whether I've picked up the shampoo or conditioner bottle in the shower!
I have to wear varifocals as I'm both long and short sighted - this means I can't have laser surgery, and contact lenses don't really work. It also means I have to have reading glasses so I can read in bed at night - but if I'm wearing my reading glasses I can't see the TV.
If I were to break or lose my glasses I'd be totally lost.
They also cost a lot of money...and they make the wrinkles round my eyes look huge!
