School's out

It was thom's last day in primary 1 today.
I can't believe how much he has learned and grown this year as he can now read and write and draw and do simple maths. I'm really proud of him as he's thoroughly enjoyed learning this year and has come out of it even more confident and happy than he was when he started.
It's been a tiring day otherwise mainly due to lack of sleep as went to bed at 2am (rob got back at 240am). Had another day of working in the shop, then a family trip to tk maxx before getting food and drink for this evening.
I can now get back to selfish knitting as I've cleared through the bulk of the projects for other people so there's now a chance I might get some things finished for me.
