 It’s Friday, I’m in love!!!!!!!!!!!

A good training session this morning, I’m feeling so good about being constantly challenged and improving all the time.

Got my new mountain bike today.  A future blip?

Had a productive meeting with an IBD Nurse to see what we can do to help.  It’s very rewarding being an IBD Advocate, and knowing that I’m helping people.

Published my first blog on LinkedIn.  Awaiting comments.  Lol!
