Oh Dear

This is the view whilst eating dinner tonight, after an couple of 'Flat Whites' in Espressini, (Cheeky Killigrew to the ladies), we purchased Domino's Pizzas.

If this is not fast food at it's worst then I don't know what is.

The ribs were truly disgusting, when they are advertised as 'boneless' what they in fact mean is belly pork, cubed, deep fried and coated in some sauce.
The pizza was just below ok, two of five stars but then that's what laziness gets you, or is it laziness, seems to me that after a hard week a work/hospital/school eating out on a Friday night is not that much of an indulgence.
What made it worse is that being on Weight Watchers I thought "You'll pay for this at weigh in on Monday" and then when we had finished Clare offered to drive me the forty paces to the litter bin - they do say that laughing is good exercise as well!!

Anyway as always the view out and across Falmouth bay is always inspiring, even when the weather is a bit 'murky' as tonight.

Early night tonight as we are on the coach at 08:00 tomorrow for National Armed Forces Day which means tomorrows 'Blip' should be more inspiring.
