Sham Shui Po

Raced out to Sham Shui Po (SSP) to meet some friends for spicy Sichuan noodles today straight after bible study.

Oh, the ladies were, thankfully, very complimentary about the gluten free apple pie cake so I'm going to go ahead and make it for the order this afternoon. Love a good challenge, I do! They're such good guinea pigs.

It was good to be in SSP today after a while. They've got their Christmas decos for sale already. Some different stuff but couldn't stay and broggle as I had to race back to DB to start baking.

Mission accomplished re the baking, so I'm pleased. Hope the young girl (and her family) will be too.
