No 183: Black-necked Grebe
As the weather in the South was not suitable for my day's tuition, I decided to go North, to Scarborough, where sightings of Black-necked Grebe had been reported for a number of days now. I wasn't disappointed. I also saw a Red-throated Diver, a skein of Pink-footed Geese, plenty of Purple Sandpipers, Cormorants galore, and Harbour Porpoises. A fine day out!
