Abstract Thursday

Miserable weather = no golf today and no blip inspiration by late afternoon so, with the aid of Photobooth on the iPad and the fern in the back garden, here's an entry for Abstract Thursday.

Visited Tess's Dad this morning, who's a bit under the weather with a chest infection, and had a swim at the indoor pool this afternoon where I was attracted by a poster headed :

Old Verses New

which I hoped promised some swimming related poetry. Disappointingly, it turned out to be a typo and should have read Versus. It was a list of rather dull changes in pool policies.

I resisted the temptation to reach for a red pen, grumpy ex-English teacher style!
