Thank goodness for a cook in the house

I'm still stuck at the key board most of the day - and some of the evening. Hopefully next week will be the beginning of the end for this piece of work. Lovely hubby said he would cook something special and decided on this Coq au Vin from a recent Hairy Bikers Book. It took hours - so fiddly - we've decided to eat it tomorrow evening when we'll have time to enjoy. Sausage and mash tonight!
