Thrashed

Today's Adventure ... falling with style...

Well. Went up for an early morning mountain bike ride before work today. Was on familiar trails and the weather was perfect. What happened? Not exactly sure. I was thrown off balance by a rock or something right before a big jump and was rocketed over the handlebars.

Managed to make every edge of my body bleed (which is a feat!) and damage some tendons in my right shoulder. Should be healed up in a few weeks but biking is out for awhile:P
