Curtesy - the weather!

A mixed day of 'weather'. Warm and dry, cool, windy and heavy showers. No time to get bored then! The tall flowers in the garden have taken a bit of a battering so these foxgloves and Canterbury bells have been rescued from a prone position in the borders and removed to this jug to be enjoyed indoors.

Attended to 'Herman', a German friendship cake (in the making) which was passed on to me by my lovely neighbour. Will Blip the results with more details if it works. If 'he' dies we'll be upset!
Finished the book I've been reading for ages, not often I read in the afternoon but it was lovely and relaxing. Popped in to check on my elderly neighbour and then had a fiddle on the laptop, internet connection getting 'iffy' again.
Friday so it's The Dog & Gun and then an early night to start my new book.
