'Fond Farewell'

Today we said our final farewell to Pete's Mum. Her huge family all gathered in Yeovil, Somerset...in fact there were about twenty of us in the Garden center having coffee..we had all made good time on the road. P's Aunt and Uncle were there ...I haven't seen them for 24 years. The two eldest of my four Grandsons came with us...looking very smart and handsome.
It was so nice to see everyone. When we arrived at the Crematorium the rest of the family were there and friends....how blessed she was to live 95 years!

After driving back to Chandlers Ford at 4.30pm and some fish and chips...Pete and I set off for East Sussex..stopping off at Pharmacies trying to get something for a broken tooth I had endured all day....the one that cost me a fortune back in the Spring! Gone again. Back to the dentist tomorrow!
