Seeing double

I got on the bus, sat down on one of the aisle-side seats and experienced double vision....
It's only a 5 minute ride into town and I was in an agony of indecision: dare I ask them if I could take a photograph? If they refused that would be the end of it. I decided they probably wouldn't agree,  so I snatched a shot while pretending to focus on the passing scenery. 
I'm fascinated by their decision to dress identically  even at a mature age. Searching online I found two other sets of twins who insist on matching outfits here and here.
Of course it could be that these two aren't related at all, like the  bearded doppelgangers who met on a plane flight recently...
