FLORAL TRIBUTE TO VENT COVER!

Couple of weeks back I was stopped in my early walking tracks by the glory of this very large golden tree, see extra.  Today the blooms have fallen decoratively around this [?] sewer vent. 
Not a lot of inspiration happening here. Yesterday I spent an hour doing shots of small and very pretty roses. When uploading I was struck by the difference between what I saw and what the camera saw.  For example, the deep red roses dominated the delicate cream roses, as if to say "Look at me first."  That wasn't apparent when looking at them in the vase.  So there's probably only one real keeper in that lot.
