Bright's Crescent

The thing that first drew me to Cigs was that I could read it; its ubiquity wasn't lost in a fancy flourish or an overly ornate tag - just plain ole Cigs. Legible and firm.

Then Ches comes along. Four letters and the same first and last letter. Bane of my life, I tells ya. So it wasn't a total surprise when I turned up at East Mayfield today to check out a council mobile howf which had been reported as CIgs to find in fact the interloper Ches had plastered his tag over the side of it and not as I'd hoped our eponymous hero.

No matter; there's a small one down at Bright's Crescent to be ticked off, so off I trundled and - not the most dynamic or interesting one to do. But hey - it's recorded now.

White pen, green telecom box, with a few of the usual suspects - Keft, Youtz, Deli to name but a few.

And the sun shone - who knew? I got soggy cycling in this morning and soggy cycling home again. But cycling at lunchtime? Was very pleasant. Let's hope it continues for tomorrow - I have few miles to cover in Leith and EH15.

Extras are some of previous attempts at this one.
