Fish in Cheese Sauce

Guess what’s missing, apart from my brain that is. 
 
“Where’s the cheese sauce” I hear you cry – or perhaps not.  You couldn’t really give a hoot could you?? 
 
Well I’ll tell you anyway, it’s cooking in the microwave.  Hang on, I’ve never blipped the microwave .  .  .  (Watch this space!!).
