The Blade

There was a major development at our Marylebone Campus a few years ago. As part of this, an open area between 3 buildings was covered over to form what is called "the learning platform". This is a really excellent space with a cafe, the bookshop, study areas etc. Running along the lenght is a section of elevated roof lights called "the blade". The outside of the yellow wall is (sadly) the same colour and forms a wall just outside the window of my first floor office. It's not a colour that I would have chosen..... 

A secondary thought as regards my blip for today was that over the past few days, red has been a dominant colour and I thought it was time for a change!
