Mystery woman

This work of art has appeared on a divider between the parking lot of the Mercantile and the road.   No idea who she's supposed to be or why she has a chicken on her hat.  Quite interesting, though.
The weather has settled down.  Lots of damage and power outages on the lower mainland, and although we had heavy rain and high winds, we didn't get any damage or outages here, although the power flickered quite a few times.  Colder weather and maybe some sun in the forecast!
