Hardy rose

The roses are still growing by the path at work. We have had mixed weather, with massively heavy downpours, followed by periods of dry, even with a touch of blue sky at one point. It was in one of the brief moments without rain, on my way back from a meeting, that I stopped to take a shot of one of the roses. I had to hold the stem still, as they were madly swaying back and forth in the strong wind, but at least it shows we still have some flowers in bloom.
