The Good and the Bad

The good is they're starting to pave our street and the wire wrapped around the sign is not mine.
The bad is that it's my neighbors cable that came down with a machine that grinds the road surface prior to paving. He was told it may take a few days to repair. 
He's now forced to talk during dinner rather than watch tv. Poor soul.
