Same again....

This afternoon I received my blood test results and they are just on the right side of normal now so I hopped on the cycle machine with fresh enthusiasm and  did a 30 minute stint. I'm not up the level I was at before surgery but there is nothing stopping me now. 
I watched the lovely sky and  sunset as I pedalled. 
Beans and sausages for dinner, already cooked a month ago and silently thawing out.

I've begun practicing walking, very carefully without the crutches. It does feel quite weird so far but I'll have to get the hang of walking straight again.
