Look through any window......................

J dropped me at the gym, and I got  on the bike alongside Phyllis, the lady  who is in her eighties. She is such a lovely lady, and  we had a good chat. She then left to go to aqua aerobics.. There is a competition in the gym at the moment, called, Hang Time. You have to see how long you can hang from the bar, and whoever can "hang" the longest, gets a free months subscription to the gym. I think I'll give that a miss. Les, gave  it a go, and he lasted a minute. Not bad for a seventy year old. The pregnant lady I told you about last week, had a baby girl on Monday. I bet she will be back very soon. When I had finished, I walked into town, and as I passed Nolton Gallery, I took this photo.  See my extra photo.  I  had to get a few bits & pieces in town,and caught the bus home. It's nice to be inside this afternoon, as it's very wild outside.
