A Day at the Beach

We're having a totally lazy day today and have hired sun loungers at the beach. The hotel we've hired them at, has a fantastic restaurant on the beach where we've just had 'moules frites'.

There are various beaches and coves in Bandol, but Renécros Beach is our favourite - it's a horseshoe shaped bay with a 'break-water' (digue) so the sea is extremely calm. In fact it's more like being at a lake and you can sit anywhere on the beach and look at the houses/hotels on the opposite side. It's extremely pretty!

Dessert has just arrived, and then back to the loungers and maybe a swim!
