Man Walking With Umbrella

...but he seems to have forgotten a leg and his face.
I was on the way home tonight when I realized I hadn't thought of a blip for today.  So revert to the usual backup plan which is something weather related.  The wet streets caught my attention and the man walking towards me made the shot.  Thank you mysterious man.
