Windswept

This is Mum battling the wind earlier; wind that's now whipping round the flat. I had the day off today; the structure of my week being a bit different due to my abandoned holiday and lots of meetings over the coming days. Unfortunately (or fortunately) this coincided with a visit from the plumber to fix our still broken boiler. Before he arrived and the weather turned, Mum and I had a lovely walk along the river, and made it back just before it poured down. Thankfully the boiler was mended, and we celebrated with a Deli lunch.
