Colourful Clematis

A rather gloomy start to the day and I had to be out to get my fringe cut.  I decided to wander along the beach and was glad I did for I came upon a wind surfer making the most of the high winds and high tide in the river estuary, see extra photo.  

In the afternoon I visited a local nursery buying raspberry canes for the allotment and couldn't resist taking a few shots of the colourful Clematis on display.
