Movie time tonight with Nana.

Last day of swim lessons for a couple weeks. Both kids did really well, and Mr C graduated to the next level, something I didn't see coming. Very proud of both of them.

Today I had acupuncture for the first time for my allergies/asthma. Was a really positive experience. Thinking of making a few dietary changes and continuing with more treatments.
