The Redwings have Arrived

I spotted this one sunning itself while I walked round the village......I couldn't see any others which surprised me as they're usually in flocks :-)

I'm off to the chiropodist in the morning and I'll be very relieved too.......I've had a very uncomfortable corn developing on the side of my foot and I feel like I've had to wait ages for an appointment ( it's only been a couple of weeks but it feels longer). I've not seen this chiropodist before and she's based in a tiny little unit in the middle of the countryside.......two things bother me about that........first, I hope I can find the place and second, I hope she knows what she's doing........time will tell ;-))
