I'm lost

Upgraded the PC to Windows 10 Saturday and I'm still completely lost.

It would have been a good idea to let someone do it; someone who understands whats he's doing.Where are my photos? Where is anything?
How to I get the thing to stop autocorrecting every word I type in English (the smallest of all problems???)  Why have all my settings disappeared over night for the second time? I need help...wonder if there can be done anything to the rescue. I'm so frustrated I don't even feel like looking for a blip. No fun. As you can see, I'm not a computer genius.

Anyway, my blip: A very uninspired photo of the bag I packed for a meeting tomorrow morning.
Will go back to the tablet now and not go back to the PC until help arrives.
