Skiing!

Today was my first adventure activity of the trip. New Zealand is known for its Ecotourism and they have so many outdoor things to do. We arrived just in time to make the last weekend of ski season. The temperature was honestly perfect because you didn't feel uncomfortable with the cold, but the wind from the mountains kept you cool. The view was absolutely amazing! Even though we were skiing down snowy slopes ( and kind of icy too); right across from us was green mountains if you look farther you see a large lake. The scenery alone was worth the money to go skiing, but I got a lot more out of just that because I got to hang out with some great friends.
