Catching the sunset.

I went into work for an hour or so but then had to go into the hospital to act as an advocate for someone whose needs were not being recognised or rather, whose needs fall ouside certain criteria on tick box lists.  It was rather frustrating and the outcome is still uncertain.  I just caught the sunset on the way back which reminded me that it is always important to find something positive even on difficult days..
