Old School House

This building is a dog walk from where I live - a pretty hamlet of houses which was once the focus of a farming community.  This building is now a private residence but was once the school for the hamlet and its surrounding area.  It is, of course, tastefully converted.

I wandered that way this morning to capture a few brick shots and have converted this into a sepia shade of mono. the chimneys are a decorative shape almost in the 'Rothschild' style, and the pattern of cricks on the side make s it more interesting.  Schoolhouse Rock might be a suitable bit of music!
