Lilian

Lilian was my first patient in clinic today and I asked her if I could take her photo. She was born 93 years ago and is still living independantly at home. She also still drives and came to clinic in her 36 year old datsun (truely one lady owner!). She must not drive in the dark and must keep to within a 10km radius of her house. I looked at her license and noticed she was still allowed to drive a 4.5 tonne truck!! She has worked as a hairdresser (which I think is apparent in the photo) and in a fluorescent light factory. I always enjoy hearing the tales from people who have lived such long lives and have seen the world from many different perspectives.
