Dereliction of Duty

The World is at war. Islamist extremists call it a Holy War while governments call it Terrorism. But whatever its name, it is a war nonetheless. Most of the fighting is taking place in the largely Muslim countries of the Middle East and displacing millions of their citizens as refugees. When foreign governments join in the fighting in that part of the world, more fighting takes place in those countries who have joined in the fight. What is the solution? Well it's obvious!
