Monday Outlook 16/11/15

I think we may safely say that Winter is with us now. We are in the midst of yet another blow, this time with some heavy rain and all boats are cancelled once again. The garden "pond" has returned and will be with us now until next March or beyond. 

Elsness was beautifully silhouetted this morning with a buttery yellow light below the cloud and strong crepuscular rays above. However, I picked this shot, looking out to the Holm instead. I enjoy its subtleties, I think. Best seen large anyway.
