I am not sure why I have developed such an affection for Blackfriars Bridge. But I like it, and am watching developments. This shot features the lovely insignia from the first bridge in 1864. It was done for the London Chatham and Dover Railway. Someday I will come back for a better quality photo!

There is a man working near the insignia, and you can just about see the lights of a train passing through the tunnel.
